Returns & Exchanges

Not satisfied with your order or service? We are sorry to hear that and we are happy to help resolve the issue.

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days.

Return, Refund & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and if possible in their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, modifications, or improper installation caused by the customer are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Refunds or exchanges are only available for items purchased at full price.
  • Sale or discounted items may only be exchanged or issued as store credit.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Special-order, personalized, or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Completed repair services, installation work, and diagnostic services are non-refundable.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps

1. Request a Return Form

Send an email to zeiteways@email.com to request a return form. Once we receive your request, we will send the form to you by email.

2. Return Your Order

Send the item(s) together with the completed return form to the address provided on the form.

3. Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zeiteways@email.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will provide an appropriate solution free of charge, including replacement, repair, or full refund.

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
