General Terms & Conditions — Zeiteways

1. Orders & Purchases

  • By placing an order on zeiteways.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (fraud, stock issues, etc.).

  • A purchase is complete once your order is accepted and shipped.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU law)

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without reason.

  • To cancel, email us at support@zeiteways.com.

  • You must return products within 14 days of cancellation.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is always the customer’s responsibility.

  • Defective/incorrect items: send photos within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

4. Prices

  • All prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may be updated at any time before checkout.

5. Warranty

  • We guarantee products arrive as described and free of defects.

  • Normal wear-and-tear items (e.g. pads, bulbs, gloves) are excluded.

6. Delivery

  • EU delivery: 5–12 business days (after dispatch).

  • Tracking sent within 24–48h by email.

  • If a delivery is more than 10 business days late beyond ETA, we’ll resend or refund.

7. Payments

  • Payment is required at checkout.

  • We accept: iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna/AfterPay.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

  • In case of a dispute, we’ll always try to resolve it together first through our support team (support@zeiteways.com).

  • If no solution can be reached, the dispute will be handled by the competent court in The Hague, Netherlands.
